Having started golf at the age of five, I knew that one day, I would take this sport as a profession. At the age of 14, I was considered the best junior in Singapore and was also featured in a local program called "Young Wonders". |
A year after that, I moved to Los Angeles, California to complete my education. While living there, I competed in many tournaments and was privileged to play with many notable golfers such as; Kevin Na, Hunter Mahan and Dustin Johnson (PGA tour players).
During my National Service days, I had the opportunity to play on the National team and further honed my skills. In 2007, I passed my "Pro-Test" on my first attempt at Warren Golf and Country Club (73, 70) and obtained a "Class-A" professional membership category. Later in the year, I joined Phil Brew Golf Academy after deciding to teach golf. Since beginning his professional golf career, Marc has become a very popular teacher, winning the hearts and trust of many students, students of all ages. A combination of youthful charm, an unbelievable patience with his students and a passion for the game like no other, Marc has etched himself a great future in teaching golf with Phil Brew Golf Academy and we are very proud to have him on board.
Sponsored by Suntec Singapore, Marc still works very hard on his own game and takes part in professional tournaments both locally and around the region whenever he can.
